Welcome Erika Laos
Erika Laos possesses over 20 years of professional experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Her knowledge and skills include human capital management, organizational leadership, leadership development, training facilitation, non-profit management, foreign relations, marketing, financial management, and partnership building.
In 2016, she launched Bold Alliance Consulting Group, LLC., which offers programs and services including leadership coaching, strategic leadership consulting, and training delivery to assist individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. Erika believes in equipping people with global leadership skills that will enable them to carry out their organization’s mission. Her combined work experience with cross-functional diverse teams has led her to research the global dexterities of individuals and organizations that generate sustainable leadership in a global context. She has presented her doctoral research on various aspects of leadership application at Regent University, James Madison University, and University of Waterloo.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University, and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the Catholic University of America. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree from Regent University.
Erika Laos has held several leadership positions in local and national organizations. She has served as board member for the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Fairfax-Lee Chapter, National Association of Federal Hispanic Employees (NAHFE), and National Women’s Mentorship Network (WMN). She is an Army veteran and has been a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), American Legion, and is a lifetime member of the Reserve Officers’ Association (ROA). She has served in multiple faith-based programs as well as middle school and high school programs. She currently serves in the Prince William County Community Services Board.
She resides in Northern Virginia since 1992.
